Justin Rockenbaugh has tendered his resignation as head wrestling coach at Concord High School due to scheduling conflicts with his full time employment.   Rockenbaugh served as head coach for five seasons. During this time he coached a number of athletes who advanced in the IHSAA Tournament series, including DeLawerence Gayfield who placed sixth at state finals in 2013 and fourth at state finals in 2014.
“We really hate to lose Justin as he has done a great job developing our program,” said Dave Preheim, Concord High School Athletic Director.  “Many people forget that coaches only do this part time.  They all have other full time jobs, and sometimes those schedules get in the way of coaching.  I know Justin hated to give it up, but at the same time he needs to do what is best for his family.  We hate to see him go, but certainly wish him the best.”
