News · May 6 Ten Minutemen Named to 2024-2025 NLC All Conference Academic Team Each year the Northern Lakes Conference names ten athletes per school to the All Conference Academic Team. This team is defined as the top ten senior athletes from each conference school by cumulative grade point average after the seventh semester of their career. Winners receive a certificate and an all-conference medal.
