Concord High School is pleased to announce the hiring of Jim Snyder as Girls Soccer Head Coach, pending school board approval on May 1. Snyder is a 1996 Concord High School graduate. While in high school he was member of a team that won both Northern Lakes Conference and sectional championships. He has extensive coaching experience, most recently as an assistant coach in the Northridge High School girls' soccer program since 2019. Prior to that, he served several stints as an assistant coach in both the Concord girls and boys programs. He has also coached for various area club teams, including the Elkhart Flames, Elkhart County United, Indiana Invaders, and Concord Youth Soccer. Snyder is currently employed by Concord Community Schools in the building services department. He becomes the seventh head coach in the history of the program, following Adam Kirkpatrick, who resigned earlier this spring after five seasons.
