Congratulations to Concord Senior Anthony Roberts who broke a 43 year old school record in the 1600 Meter Run in a meet against Northridge on May 4, 2022 at Jake Field. Roberts had a time of 4:15.91 which broke the old record of 4:19.70 set by Walter Bliss in 1979. It is notable that Northridge’s Jack Moore placed second and set a Northridge school record of 4:16.21 in the same race.
